About the Role
Job Description:
As an HR Representative at MOKSCARE Clinic, you will be a key member of the Human Resources team, responsible for providing support in various HR functions. You will play a critical role in maintaining positive employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes. Your excellent interpersonal and organizational skills will contribute to the success of our HR operations.
Responsibilities:
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures.
Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Provide guidance and support to employees regarding performance management, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation.
Conduct investigations into employee issues and recommend appropriate actions.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in the recruitment and selection process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Conduct initial screenings of candidates and participate in interview panels.
Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
Facilitate the completion of necessary paperwork, including employment contracts, benefits enrollment, and personnel files.
HR Policies and Procedures:
Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Update and maintain employee handbooks, HR manuals, and other HR-related documentation.
Keep abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations and communicate updates to the HR team and employees.
Benefits Administration:
Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
Support employees in understanding and utilizing their benefits effectively.
Process benefit enrollment, changes, and terminations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
HR Data Management:
Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, HRIS data, and other HR-related documentation.
Prepare HR reports and analyze HR data to identify trends and insights.
Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in HR systems and records.
Training and Development:
Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs and workshops for employees.
Support the development and implementation of employee development initiatives.
Assist in assessing training needs and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (equivalent work experience may be considered).
Proven experience as an HR Representative or in a similar HR role.
Sound knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities.
